General guidelines
You may submit as many items as you wish. Categories will be announced based on the number and type of submissions. If you end up with multiple submissions in one category, you must select only one to be considered for voting.
Older works may NOT be submitted this time around. Please make an effort and create new stuff!
All entries must be submitted to The Terylicious Community at LiveJournal. You may post a link to the story hosted on another site, or post your complete work under an LJ cut (for instructions on using LJ cuts, please check here). LiveJournal accounts are free and easy to create, though you may also post as a guest -- just make sure you include your name and an email address we can use to contact you.
Fan fiction submission guidelines
This is a Teryl contest, so if you write SG1 fan fiction, the story has to focus on Janet, or what people think of Janet. If you want to write about another character Teryl has played (say Vicky in The Operative), please do so.
Any and all pairings are welcome. There are minors amongst us, so please think of them when writing. We will not accept anything over a 13+ or equivalent. This rating means that some material may not be suitable for young children. This also means that the end product cannot contain explicit sex scenes, drug use, etc... Nudity, if present, is "shown" only briefly (and with taste), horror and violence do not exceed moderate levels. You know the drill. Subtlety is good. Heroes-fixits are better.
