The profile was one of the hardest he had had to find in one person but he was hoping that out there, there was someone that did match it and he would find that person, even in the short time.
Checking lots of different profiles he found it, it was something amazing: a doctor (this one also specialized in exotic diseases), warm, fun-loving and very self-contained; those were the characteristics that were needed in the line of work. And this woman, who also was a doctor and captain in the USAF, had the potential to become the best CMO ever.
